Die Förderschulen leisten seit Jahren außergewöhnlich gute Arbeit, für Kinder die an Grund- und weiterführenden Schulen nicht die Unterstützung erhalten, die sie benötigen, um erfolgreich lernen zu können. Solange Klassen wesentlich zu groß sind um Kinder individuell unterstützen zu können, solange nicht ausreichend Förderschullehrer (mind. zwei pro Grundschule) eingesetzt werden, ist die Inklusion von Kindern mit dem Unterstutzungbedarf Lernen zum Scheitern verurteilt.

In einer Förderschule werden Kompetenzen der speziell ausgebildeten Lehrerinnen und Lehrer gebündelt. Ein Schul-Hopping zu mehreren Schulen für jeweils nur ein paar Stunden, was gegenwärtig als Lösung genutzt wird, kann eine systematische Beschulung von Indern mit speziellem Bedarf nicht ersetzen.
