Ortskenntnis

Die Argumentation mit der Ortskenntnis ist nicht nachhaltig. Einige der Disponenten in der ILS Oberland sind selbst nicht ortsansässig. Ortskunde ist wichtig, kann sich aber auch angeeignet werden, zudem sind bereits einige Disponenten aus der ILS Oberland in der ILS Fürstenfeldbruck beschäftigt. Zudem wird für jeden Mitarbeiter der ILS Oberland eine Möglichkeit gesucht diesen möglichst mit zu übernehmen.
