Der Öffentlichkeit muss die Möglichkeit gegeben werden sich gegen eventuelle Mietpreller und Mietnomaden zu schützen. Meines Erachtens macht man sich fast gar der Beihilfe zum Betrug strafbar wenn man andere Vermieter nicht vor solchen warnt obwohl man durch sein Wissen solche Fälle durch Prävention verhindern könnte.
