Warum gliedert man Frankenthal nicht als Stadt in den Rhein-Pfalz-Kreis ein? Da könnte man Speyer mit dazu packen, der Kreis hätte 250.000 Einwohner gegenüber 150.000 in LU. Aufgaben könnten an den Kreis abgegeben werden, vielleicht könnte man die Verwaltung wieder aus LU nach RLP holen.
