Adressat der Petition muss geändert werden!!!

Diese Petition hätte nur dann einen Sinn, wenn sie auch an den Bundestag gerichtet wäre, so wie die Gegenpetition. Sie an den Immobilienverband zu richten, ist in meinen Augen Zeitverschwendung. Die werden das ignorieren und niemand erfährt davon. Also besser eine neue Petition starten, die auch an den Bundestag gerichtet ist !!!

Bezahlen sollte, wer die Dienstleistung in Anspruch nimmt und das sind beide Seiten. Wer den Makler nicht bezahlen will, muss dessen Angebotnicht in Anspruch nehmen und kann sich ja eine Wohnung von einem Privatanbieter mieten.

Bezahlt werden sollte der Makler dann, wenn der Verkäufer oder Vermieter einen ertragreichen Nutzen aus der Tätigkeit des Immobilienmaklers zieht. Also derjenige der Beauftragt und den Nutzen daraus zieht.
