Der Landkreis Schwandorf hat ca. 150.000 Einwohner. Eine Ausgabe von 10Mio. bedeutet also ca. 67€ pro Einwohner - für eine 4-köpfige Familie also 268€. Das Geld könnte man sicher auch sinnvoller investieren ...
