Gewalteneinheitstyrannis beseitigen!

Viele Leute glauben, Deutschland sei ein Rechtsstaat. Die Realinexistenz von Menschenrechtsgeltung, Volkshoheit und Gewaltentrennung steht aber fest, so daß es denkgesetzwidrig ist, anzunehmen, diese drei rechtsstaatskonstitutiven Verfassungsgrundsätze könnten real fehlen, ohne daß der nur mit ihnen mögliche Erfolg rechtmäßiger Staatsgewaltausübung ausbliebe. Mit Richterwahl auf Zeit durchs Volk ließe sich die Gewalteneinheitstyrannis aufbrechen.
