What are arguments in favour of the petition?

Die neue Regelung konterkariert die 2018 eingeführten Regularien zum Anlegerschutz völlig. Dem Privatanleger droht nun keine Nachschusspflicht mehr gegenüber Brokerage-Unternehmen, vielmehr droht nun eine theoretisch unbegrenzte Nachschusspflicht an den Staat.
