Wäre sehr zu begrüssen.Es geht nichts über ein gutes veganes Essen.Unser Koch hat extra einen Kurs gemacht um den immer mehr werdeneden Vegetariern und Veganern ein gutes Essen zu machen.Bisher aber nur 3x die Woche.Wir hoffen dass es bald täglich solche Essen gibt und danken dem Koch(Rudi)für die leckeren Speisen.

Nur ein Lernaufwand.

Vegane Ernährung kann sehr ausgewogen sein, wenn mehr als nur Erbsen auf dem Teller liegen. Und die meißten Alternativen sind nicht wirklich teurer, wenn man Butter durch Magerine, Milch durch Sojadrink u.s.w. austauscht. Es gibt Köche, die extra für solche Umstellungen den Mensen das Kochen neu beibringen. Man muss veganes Kochen nur lernen, dann ist es weder teuer, noch unausgewogen! Und Veganer haben ein Recht auf ein Mittagessen. Punkt

Zivilisationsbedingte,ernährungsbedingte Krankheiten durch Fleischkonsum

Ich bin Arzt und wenn alle Menschen vegan o,vegetarisch leben würden dann könnte ich meine Praxis zumachen und dass wissen auch die meisten meiner Kollegen.Wir leben quasi von Fleisch und Wurstessern

Veganes Essen wie Tofu und Sojaprodukte sind teurer bei der Beschaffung in Großküchen, was im schlimmsten Fall dazu führt, dass die höheren Kosten auf die anderen Gerichte aufgeschlagen werden.
