Entwicklung Waldenrath ermöglichen, reines Industrie- und Gewerbegebiet verhindern

Waldenrath/Birgden sollte ein Neubaugebiet mit Wohnungen/Häusern und einer kleinen Drogerie (dm/Rossmann) sowie einen Autohof in direkter Nähe zur B56n mit Wasserstofftankstelle, Superchargern und gastronomischem Angebot (Nordsee, McDonald's und Starbucks) bekommen. Auf dem restlichen Platz können kleinere mittelständische Betriebe Platz finden. Die Gebäude-Architektur soll nachhaltig sein, möglichst mit Dach-/Wandbegrünung, Holzelementen, PV-Anlage auf dem Dach und PV-überdachte Parkplätze
