Die Stadt Zehdenick hat genug Ecken, wo es Handlungsbedarf gibt. Solche Flausen, dass eine funktionierende intakte Kreuzung umgebaut wird ist absolute Geldverschwendung.

Lebensqualität = genug Platz für Fußgänger

Bürgersteige von nur 1,49m Breite reichen schon als Grund aus so einen Kreisverkehr abzulehnen! Ein Gehweg einschließlich Sicherheitsstreifen bis zum Fahrverkehr von unter 2,50m ist dreist regelwidrig. Da sind 2,50m schon knapp pro gute Lebensqualität. Leider wird diese lobenswerte Petition verwässert durch folgenden Fehler: Das ordnungsgemäße Führen von Fahrradfahrern auf der Fahrbahn im Kreisel ist kein Grund so einen kleinen Kreisel abzulehnen. Kreisel Zehdenick

Es würde ein höheres Risiko für Fußgänger und Radfahrer an dem Kreisel entstehen! Die Kosten wären hier unnötig, aber woanders angebracht; ein Radweg von Zehd. nach Krewelin wäre sinnvoller! So ein Kreisel ist hier überhaupt nicht vorteilhaft und viel zu KOSTENINTENSIV!!!

Contra nur zum Punkt 2 der Petition

Nur der Punkt 2 der Petition ist abzulehnen. Ein höheres Risiko für die Radfahrer würde nur entstehen wenn die im Kreisel auf dem Bürgersteig (Gehwegradweg) geführt würden. Verkehrsteilnehmer "die die Rechts- vor Linksregel noch nicht gelernt oder kapiert haben" haben im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr als selbstständig handelnde Fahrzeugführer nichts zu suchen. Festlegungen in der StVO betreffs Kinder: Kinder bis zur Vollendung des 8.Lebensjahres müssen, Kinder bis zur Vollendung des 10.Lebensjahres dürfen die Gehwege benutzen.

Da haben wir uns falsch verstanden: Als allerersten Kommentar links bei Pro hatte ich geschrieben: "Bürgersteige von nur 1,49m Breite reichen schon als Grund aus so einen Kreisverkehr abzulehnen! Ein Gehweg einschließlich Sicherheitsstreifen bis zum Fahrverkehr unter 2,50m ist dreist regelwidrig. Da sind 2,50m schon knapp pro gute Lebensqualität."

Zum 2. Gegenargument betreffs Kinder radeln auf dem Bürgersteig

Nix mit "Hintergedanke". Ich habe lediglich aus der StVO zitiert. Falls Sie eine Initiative starten wollen, dass Kinder bis zur Vollendung des 8.Lebensjahres nicht mehr auf dem Gehweg fahren müssen und Kinder bis zur Vollendung des 10.Lebensjahres die Gehwege nicht mehr benutzen dürfen, so sollten Sie sich an das Landesverkehrsministerium wenden. Denn das Verkehrsrecht wird von der Versammlung der Länder, also dem Bundesrat geändert.
