Es gibt z.Zt. etliche große Wohnungsbauvorhaben, z. B. Sanderspadd, Orchideenkamp, Meinarduspassage pp. Diese einzige große Grünfläche sollte erhalten bleiben, zumal ohnehin dort noch eine neue Grundschule errichtet werden soll und somit etliches an Grünfläche wegfallen wird.
