Reziprozitätsprinzip

Auch eine Greencard (unbefristete Aufenthaltstitel für die USA) wird ungültig, wenn man 12 Monate nicht in den den USA ist. Hier gilt das Reziprozitätsprinzip. Es ist besser, sich dafür einzusetzen, dass diese Beschränkungen gegenseitig aufgehoben werden oder - noch besser - dass im Rahmen des TTIP-Abkommens auch eine gegenseitige Niederlassungsfreiheit eingeräumt wird. Davon abgesehen wäre es natürlisch schön, wenn Sie hier weiter arbeiten und leben können.

Ich habe persönlich Sympathie für ihr Anliegen und hoffe, dass Sie sich bald wieder mit den Behörden einigen können. Aber offensichtlich hatten Sie sich vor dem USA Aufenthalt nicht richtig informiert oder wollten Sie zunächst nicht zurück? Wie wäre es mit einem Antrag auf deutsche Staatsbürgerschaft? Wenn Sie eine Rente aus den USA bekommen, warum dann hier Sozial-Leistungen beziehen? Was ist denn mit Ihren deutschen Firmen passiert. Die könnten Sie auch als Amerikaner in Deutschland leiten. Und zuletzt: WAS BITTE erhoffen Sie sich von dieser Petition ???

psychopath

Actually, Mr Recknagel shouldn't come back to the USA for his own safety. He has conned and stolen from so many people here, he may not make it far from the airport. But beautiful Germany? Too good for him. He should be sent to some island where they create and test virii. I know first hand what a psychopath Recknagel is. I imagine his current situation has something to do with hurting someone a high degree mason loves. This is why, after 37 years of living and working there, he can no longer prey upon unwitting investors.
