Bau Lauencenter

Das Lauencenter ist sehr wichtig für die Stadt Bautzen und deren damit verbundenen Infrasturktur sowie Attraktivität des Standortes. Wobei ich auch für den weiteren erhalt des Innenstadtkernes sowie einer erweiterung der Fußgängerzone bin eine Probe hierfür wäre der Wenzelsmarkt der auch schön wäre wenn er in der Wendischen Str weitergehen würde und nicht nur im Zentrum stattfinden würde, aber kein Händler traut sich dahinter mit dem Stand und somit ist ein Ztr. Standort wichtig für den Einkauf.

Lauencenter

Bautzen braucht einen neuen Magneten. Mit den alten Hütten in dem Gelände wird KEIN Tourist gelockt. Außerdem müssen dann nicht mehr so viele nach Dresden( auch ich fahre jeden Monat nach Dresden einkaufen) fahren. Touristen laufen in jeder Stadt genau so weit, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bestehen.

BBE, Gutachten, Verkaufsfläche

Die Verkaufsfläche in Bautzen ist nur wegen der vielen Baumärkte über dem Schnitt in Sachsen. Und das Lauencenter wird kein Baumarkt. Ansonsten liegen die Branchen in der Verkaufsfläche pro Einwohner im sächsischen Schnitt.

Die Centergegner führen die demografische Entwicklung und den damit verbundenen Rückgang an Kaufkraft als Argument gegen das Lauencenter an. Das wurde jedoch in der Verträglichkeitsanalyse der BBE (Auftrag der Stadt) bereits berücksichtigt.

Kaufkraft, Arbeitsplätze, Fortschrit

Die Abschöpfung der gesamten Kaufkraft aus der Region Oberlausitz halte ich für sehr wichtig. In der derzeitigen Struktur, die Bautzen bietet, kann dies nicht gewährleistet sein. Im Gegenteil ist es derzeit so das die Kaufkraft nach Dresden und ggf. Görlitz abwandert. Dies halte ich für das schlimmste Übel, da es gilt in Bautzen diese Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen und zu erhalten. Sowie den Bautzener Binnenmarkt zu stärken. Die Attraktivität Bautzens zu erhöhen.
