Es steht Herrn Sayadi frei, ein entsprechendes Visum zu beantragen und über den richtigen Weg zu migrieren. Asyl ist kein "Visum light" sondern - zu Recht - an Voraussetzungen gebunden. Wenn diese gesichert nicht vorliegen muss er leider zunächst gehen und dann ggf. mit richtigen Papieren wiederkommen.
