Im Internet gelten bereits die selben Gesetze und Regeln wie in der "analogen" Welt, deren VOLLSTÄNDIGE Umsetzung sowohl im Internet als auch in der reellen Welt nur durch VOLLSTÄNDIGE überwachung möglich wäre. Ist es wirklich DAS was wir wollen?
