Even in western media doubts are being raised against policies pursued by the IAEA under Dr. Amano. But these doubts are a far cry from what western journalists stationed in Vienna tell you about tricks and bickering behind the scenes going on there. There is a war going on already behind the scenes on each and every word in the reports and in the IAEA communication policies. Nobody gets to know it outside, because the media present an embellished picture, heavily "edited" every day.
