5 Jahre hier

Die zwei sind seit 5 Jahren in Deutschland und ich meine, wenn Deutschland es nicht schafft, Menschen sehr zeitnah (vielleicht nach 6 Monaten) abzuschieben und sie kein Verbrechen begangen haben, sollten alle Menschen bleiben dürfen. Es ist unmenschlich 5 Jahre in einer Hoffnung zu leben und dann abgeschoben zu werden.

Warum

Eine Integration im Sportverein berechtigt noch nicht dazu unrechtmäßig in Deutschland zu leben. Es ist ein Bescheid ergangen. Die Möglichkeit des Widerspruchs besteht. Weshalb eine Petition? Das verstehe ich nicht.

Jede Woche eine neue Petition für von Abschiebung bedrohte Personen. Nach 5 Jahren ist sicherlich nicht die erste Entscheidung des BAMF erfolgt. Entweder das Ehepaar ist mit Visum eingereist und hat erst nach längerer Zeit einen Asylantrag gestellt oder die Entscheidung des BAMF ist gerichtlich bestätigt worden, nach erfolgter Asylklage. Wie dem auch sei: Die Entscheidung ist gefallen, dass kein Asyl gewährt wird, eine Ausreise bzw. Abschiebung m u s s erfolgen!
