Man muss nicht viel Intelligenz besitzen um zu erkennen daß das mit dem Hotel nix wird. Wer sowas denkt hat keinen höheren IQ als wie ein Knäckebrot. Jürgen Richter gehört abgesetzt. Über soviel Inkompetenz bei diesem...kann man nur den Kopf schütteln.

Die Arbeit der Berliner Ritter muss unbedingt vortgesetzt werden. Es kommt mehreren Menschen zugute. Zudem wird der Verfall aufgehalten. Welcher Mensch lässt schon in einer "armen Gegend" ein Luxushotel errichten. Da kann man auch gleich in der Wüste nach Schnee suchen.
