Das Kulturkursprogramm ist zur Institution geworden. Es erfreut sich einem großen Zulauf, wird von vielen motivierten und engagierten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern sowie Kursleiterinnen und Kursleitern betrieben. Unter den Studierenden und insbesondere unter den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern des Kulturkursprogrammes erfährt das Kulturkursprogramm unglaublich viele, sehr positive Rückmeldungen.

Kulturförderung

Der AStA will laut Haushaltsentwurf im kommenden Jahr 150.000 Euro für Personal, 15.000 Euro für Demonstrationen, weitere 15.000 Euro für „Autonome Tutorien“ und 5.000 Euro für die Anti-Olympia-Kampagne „NOlympia“ ausgeben. Ausgerechnet bei der Kulturförderung zu kürzen ist ein Unding!

Eine Kürzung auf 5000 Euro kommt einer Stilllegung gleich. Ein Betrieb, wie es der Campus gewohnt ist, ist so nicht mehr möglich. Dass 5000 noch vorgesehen werden, ist ein Schlag ins Gesicht für alle engagierten, die jahrelang dieses Programm für die Studierenden aufrecht erhalten haben.

Vorbild

Das Kulturkursprogramm ist nicht nur unter allen Studierenden unserer Universität bekannt, sondern auch deutschlandweites Vorbild und wurde inzwischen u.a. in Mainz kopiert. Diese Petition müsste sich eigentlich an der StuPa der uni Hamburg richten und nciht an den AStA, da dieser nur das ausführende Organ ist. Unabhängig davon ist sowohl dem AStA als auch dem Stupa unklar, ob der Verein Campusleben wirklich auf das Geld angewiesen ist. Die Finanzen werden leider nicht offen gelegt. Der Verschwenderische Umgang mit VS geldern liegt daher nahe =)

So ist das blanker Populismus. Warum hat der Verein nicht seine Gelder offen gelegt? warum nicht den Vertrag des AStA angenommen? Was ist zu den 20.000 € für Kultur zu sagen, die das StuPa in seinem Haushaltsentwurf für den AStA beschlossen hat?

Ich wüsste gerne, warum das Kulturprogramm ganz ausfallen muss, wenn immerhin 5000 € zur Verfügung stehen. Ansonsten erscheint mir die Kürzung sehr drastisch und auf den ersten Blick ungerecht, da ich das Programm selbst für eine Bereicherung halte. Trotzdem wüsste ich gerne warum so stark gekürzt werden soll, bevor ich eine Petition unterschreibe. Danke
