Stadt am Rhein? Ja da war doch was. Seit Jahren werden Firmen damit beauftragt ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal für Kleve zu entwickeln, um es für Konsumenten zu vermarkten, in Kleve einzukehren, einzukaufen oder auch Urlaub zu machen. Die tollsten Visionen kamen dabei heraus, alles ohne oder mit wenig Erfolg. Aber alles hat Geld es gekostet. Warum ist Kleve wichtig? Es liegt auf der Hand, am Niederrhein gibt es viele Gründe zu verweilen oder Urlaub zu machen und es wäre eine sehr lange Liste die das Wo und Warum aufzeigen könnte. Nur, mit Schleuse wäre es ein Erfolg.

Wer bezahlt dann den Unterhalt der Schleuse und wer macht den Altrhein wieder schiffbar. Das Geld sollte man lieber in die maroden Schulen stecken und nicht für ein paar Hobbykapitäne sinnlos ausgeben.
