Da der Arbeitgeber immer weniger Homeoffice wünscht, wird es umso wichtiger den Mitarbeitern auch die Möglichkeiten geben, möglichst stressfrei zur Arbeit zu kommen. Wer schon genervt ins Büro kommt, wird auch nicht den besten Service für seine Kunden leisten können. Bevor Kunden zu Fans werden, sollte der Arbeitgeber seine Mitarbeiter zu Fans machen!!!

Ohne diese "Alternative" wird es für uns schwierig bei späteren Diensten noch einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Wo man dann parken soll? 🤔🤔

- kein Rechtsanspruch auf einen (kostenlosen) Parkplatz - in anderen Firmen werden bereits Mitarbeiter an den Parkkosten beteiligt - MA mit ÖPNV-Ticket müssen auch alles selbst finanzieren, wo bleibt da die Gerechtigkeit diesen MA gegenüber?
