Ein genaues lesen, ohne „hinein interpretieren“ von nicht geschriebenem hilft nicht bei einer Verbesserung und rechtlichen Gleichstellung, das dem Widersprechenden offenbar egal zu sein scheint, leider! Mitwirkung an einer wirksamen Hundeverordung ist ausdrücklich erbeten, soweit es jeweils den Unterstützern möglich ist.👍

Solange Prüfungen nur Haltern auffällig gewordener Hunde auferlegt werden sollen, halte ich die bestehende Hunde VO für besser als keine. Es wäre eine unverantwortliche Gefährdung, erst Aggressionen von Hunden abzuwarten, bevor der Halter sich qualifizieren muss! Diese Petition kann daher NICHT unterstützt werden!
