Das Erlernen von Konfliktaushandlung benötigt Zeit. Die eigenen Gefühle und Motive reflektieren zu können, ist ein langer Lernprozess. Achtsamkeit benötigt Zeit. Opfer und Schuldige auf Basis kulturell erlernter Narrative und Vorurteile finden sich schnell. Wer einen Eindruck des Problems an Schulen bekommen will: https://reallabor-leipzig.de/ In Schule muss sich diese Zeit genommen werden. Wo sonst lässt sich ein solcher Prozess mit so vielen verschiedenen Menschen so gut moderieren.

Von welchem Rassismus und Diskriminierung sprechen Sie? Dem gefühlten oder dem tatsächlichen? Dem tatsächlichen wird bereits begegnet. Man kann sich an die Anti-Diskriminierungsstelle wenden und auch Lehrkräfte sind durchaus geschult. Dem gefühlten werden Sie nicht beikommen, denn er beruht auf ein persönliches Gefühl. Es ist an jedem von uns, Rassismus und Diskriminierung abzulehnen, aber oft genug handelt es sich gar nicht darum....

Rettung AFD

Hier ist Deutschland und nichts anderes. Schlimm genug das so viele fremde kommen die hier nichts zu suchen haben und uns hier alles kaputt machen. Wenn die leider nun mal da sind haben die sich hier nach unseren Regeln zu benehmen. Rassismus ist gut und normal. Hoffentlich hilft bald die AFD endlich.
