- Eine Gängelung aller Bewohner durch eine unnötige Verlangsamung des Verkehrs ist unverhältnismäßig - Tempo 30 führt gerade bei hohem Verkehrsaufkommen zu Staubildung —> Straßenüberquerung wird erschwert - Fahrradfahrer können nicht zügig überholt werden —> erzwingen gefährlicher Situation mit Gegenverkehr - Feuerwehrleute haben ohne Sonderrechte im Privatauto eine längere Fahrzeit zur Feuerwache - Unverhältnismäßige, dauerhafte Restriktion/Überwachung/Gängelung aufgrund temporärer Baustelle
