Seit Jahren gehen PädagogInnen auf dem Zahnfleisch. Seit den Corona-Jahren ist der Krankenstand konsistent hoch. Der aktuelle Schlüssel stammt aus einer Zeit, in der nicht genug Personal zu finden war. Nun gäbe es endlich genug Personal um die angespannte Situation zu entlasten, aber nun können diese nicht angestellt werden, wegen des Schlüssels. Einfach nur absurd.

Bildung und Sozialverhalten sind wesentliche Voraussetzungen für das funktionieren unser Demokratie. Damit kann man nie früh genug anfangen, d.h. also bereits in der Kindheit für das Leben prägende Verhaltensweisen vermittelt werden. Dazu sind ausreichend Erzieher und Gemeinschaften zwingend erforderlich.
