- Das würde Buchführungspflicht statt der für Nebenerwerbsbetriebe einfacheren Pauschalisierung erfordern - Den finanziellen Vorteilen geringerer Beiträge stünde dann in vielen Fällen ein viel höherer Bürokratieaufwand gegenüber - BG/KK: Ggf. höheres Unfallrisiko durch ältere Geräte/Maschinen, Mutterkühe/Bullen bei vielen Extensivbetrieben müsste von anderen mitgetragen werden - Schafhaltung muss anders gefördert werden; - Extensive Kleinbetriebe profitieren am meisten von wenig Bürokratie und Pauschalen (wenn auch finanziell schlechter)
