Ein Maschinebautechniker oder ein Technischer Betreibswirt sind Berufe die ein Staatliche Anerkennung haben. Jedoch bei weitem nicht diese Verantwortung und Ausbildung habe wie OTA's. Darum müssen OTA/ATA staatlich anerkannt werden.

Es gibt eine staatlich anerkannte Möglichkeit. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege ist ein staatlich anerkannter Beruf und qualifiziert genau für den gleichen Beruf. Niemand ist gezwungen eine nicht anerkannte Ausbildung zu absolvieren.
