hier geht es um einen Gewichtanpassung im Güterverkehr, damit man mit der Klasse B auch Fahrzeuge führen kann die mehr wie 3.5 tonnen zulässiges Gesamtgewicht haben, durch ihren alternativen Antrieb. Wohl nicht zu ende gelesen !
