Verbot von Spieltürmen

Der Vorstandsbeschluss beinhaltet einige formale Fehler. Beispielsweise wird der Vorstandbeschluss bezüglich der Spieltürme dem Vorstand GF Bockfeld am 30.11.20 übermittelt (festgestellt vom Vorstand am 1.12.20) ABER der Beschluss beinhaltet folgende Forderung: "Bestehende Spieltürme sind bis 30.11.2020 entfernt werden" (Anmerkung: die Tippfehler stehen so im Beschluss). Klartext: Bevor der Pächter überhaut in Kenntnis gesetzt wird, soll er schon seinen Spielturm abgebaut haben. Wie soll das rein praktisch gehen? Und hier greift zudem ein Bestandschutz.
