Warum geht es immer um Personen? Eine Petition die die Änderung der Institution vorschlägt, wäre mir sympathischer.

Beweislast

In der Petitiion heißt es: "Darüber hinaus hat Herr Dr. Maaßen seine Kompetenzen als Amtsleiter des BfV überschritten und sich mit nicht belegbaren Äußerungen zu Hetzjagden in Chemnitz" Dies ist eindeutig Beweislastumkehr und glücklicherweise in Deutschland nicht gültig. Herr Maaßen soll beweisen, dass es keine Beweise gibt, dass es Hetzjagden gab. Ebenso soll er beweisen, dass er nicht die AfD beraten hat.
