Es gibt genug Luxuswohnungen in Düsseldorf, bezahlbarer Wohnraum fehlt an allen Ecken. Es sollte lieber mehr bezahlbarer Wohnraum entstehen anstatt teurer Luxuswohnungen mit 4.000 EUR pro qm (?)

Kann Sicherheit für die Kinder der angrenzenden Einrichtungen (KITA, Musikschule, Lernortstudio) gewährleistet werden? Ca. 800 Personen gehen tagtäglich durch den "Eingangstunnel" ein und aus. Wie soll ein sicherer Abriss ohne lange Sperrung der Einrichtung und ohne Beeinträchtigung der Sicherheit vonstatten gehen?
