Beleuchtung und Klingel

Ja - aber nur wenn an den Fahrzeugen auch verkehrssichere Beleuchtung und Klingel sowei zwei unabhängig funktionierende Bremsanlagen angebracht sind, wie es an anderen Fahrrädern Pflicht ist. Ansonsten die Teile lieber tragen und auf dem Fussgängerweg spazieren.

Grauzone

Liest man mal den Gesetzestext, statt Wikipedia, so stellt man fest, dass Skateboards (oder Longboards) nicht explizit genannt werden. Die Frage ist, in wie fern sie als "ähnlich" einzustufen sind. Meiner Meinung nach, befindet man sich als Skate eher in einer Grauzone.

Keine Ordnungswidrigkeit

Zitat: "(1) Ordnungswidrig im Sinne des § 24 des Straßenverkehrsgesetzes handelt, wer vorsätzlich oder fahrlässig gegen eine Vorschrift über [...] 23. das Fahren mit Krankenfahrstühlen oder anderen als in § 24 Absatz 1 genannten Rollstühlen nach § 24 Absatz 2, [...] verstößt." Meiner Meinung nacht, ist also jeder Verstoß mit einem anderen Fortbewegungsmittel (Skateboard, Longboard) keine Ordnungswidrigkeit und kann nicht geahndet werden.
