Wir, die Bewohner von Renningen - Malmsheim, fordern eine Änderung des Grundsatzbeschlusses der Gemeinde vom 22.05.2023 bezüglich des Baus eines Wohngebäudes auf dem Grundstück Flst. Nr. 2088/1. Das von Ihnen bevorzugte Baugebiet dient nicht nur dem Ortsteil Malmsheim als Überflutungsbecken, um Überschwemmungen zu verhindern, sondern stellt als Teil der Auenlandschaft auch einen wichtigenwichtiger Bestandteil des Ökosystems des Baches dar.Baches. Es bietet einen Lebensraum für Insekten und andere Tiere. Des Weiteren wird das Gebiet von der örtlichen Bevölkerung als Naherholungsgebiet stark frequentiert.

Aus all diesen Gründen, die für die ansässige Bevölkerung sehr wichtig sind, bitten wir Sie, den oben genannten Grundsatzbeschluss zu ändern.
