Petition richtet sich an: VPG Balkan
I would like to support this online petition to tighten the transfer regulations in the VPG Balkans for the respective clubs. Here I take VPG Germany as an example.
Players should no longer change the club 3 times a season
Clubs should only have the possibility to commit players before the start of the season or to half-series.
Outside the transfer period, you can only have 5 emergency transfers. In the case of emergency transfers, the club must also agree whether to let the player go or not.
Premium should expire here and bring nothing.
Begründung
The tightening of the rules regarding transfers should serve to protect the clubs. They are also supposed to ensure that players cannot change their clubs like underwear.
With this petition we don't want to shoot the administration (who do a great job), but we want to show them what the community feels / thinks.
If you see it the same way, we would be happy to receive numerous "signatures".
