Readers and locals nominate and vote for candidates in categories ranging from dining, recreation, and retailing to orthopedic therapy, entertainment, health, and fitness. Jean Bates Design is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2024. The competition held the Circling Raven Championship, the Epson Tour's Road to the LPGA event, until last season. The competitors of the premier event – the best female professionals around the world – competed for hundreds of thousands of dollars and then praised the first-class course and its spectacular conditions.
