Um die Komplikationen und Unstimmigkeiten beim Gendern in der deutschen Sprache zu umgehen, schlage ich die Endung -i bei allen ansonsten vom Gendern betroffenen Nomen vor.
Neben der Einfachheit beim Sprechen und Schreiben, bringt dies auch eine durchaus positivere Konnotation: z.B. Professori, Kollegi, Bundespräsidenti.
