Rights for MEN-INVALIDS are PRESENTLY VIOLATED In UKRAINE From 18 TO 60, THAT IS WHY, THAT THEY are not PRODUCED From UKRAINE TO OTHER COUNTRIES. PART of MEN-INVALIDS MUST not POSSIBILITY SERVE ITSELF THROUGH THAT For THEM does not HAVE ONE OR BOTH EXTREMITIES, AFTER DIFFICULT OPERATIONS ON SPINE, CEREBRUM, ONKOKHVORI, DIABETICS ET AL. ATTENTION, ALL of THEM HAVE CERTIFICATES of MSEK of UKRAINE WHICH ACKNOWLEDGED THEM GRAVE CONDITION YET TO BEGINNING of WAR. WHAT TO DO THEM? BUSINESS BECOMES complicated YET THAT MOST MEDICAL SOLDIERY.
By the state on the first January, 2021 in Ukraine 2 millions are counted 703 thousand people with disability. Such information was given by Government service of statistics in reply to the query of Radio is Freedom. In Derzhstati marked that in Ukraine 222,3 thousand people are counted with disability of the first group, 900,8 thousands – the second group, 1 million 416 thousands – the third group.
