Als Lieferant der Takeaway finde auch die Lieferwege etwas zu weit weg für die, die mit dem Fahrrad liefern. Ich persönlich liefere mit dem Auto und bei mir ist es ganz im Gegenteil - nur in und um die Stadtmitte fahre ich herum, wo mehr Stress ist und wo es gar keine Parkplätze gibt. Ich verstehe eigentlich die Logik von Lieferando nicht - es ist doch besser für den Kunden, wenn ich mit dem Auto beispielsweise 5 KM für eine Bestellung zurücklege, und nicht ein Kollege mit Fahrrad. Zum einen wird der Fahrer kaputt, da viele kein Geld haben bzw. kein Geld für ein E-Bike ausgeben wollen und dieser sich überanstrengen muss (Lieferando hat null Ahnung, wie es in Wiesbaden wirklich ist), zum anderen wird das Essen kalt, aber anscheinend interessiert dies Lieferando null!!! Von Lieferzeiten sprechen wir nicht mehr…! Ich habe auch mehrfach Mails an Lieferando diesbezüglich geschickt, jedoch keine richtige Antworten… Es juckt einfach keinen

Because we are getting less motivated while working as a bicycle courier, we get lot of huge distances orders from Lieferando, they even did not supported us when we get these orders, they have a bug in there system which does not calculated exact distances from our location to restaurant, even though if the delivery distances are more than 7 to 8Km, similarly the restaurant distances are also +4 to 5km, there should not be more then 3Km of delivery address, like Walt and others deliveries services.. most of the guys are moving towards Walt and flink . .. when we are working on streets we saw so many our colleagues that are already in that area, where the Lieferando sent us from 5km to pickup orders ..but Dispo said there are no one in this area..
