The Coaching BONUS funding program has helped many Berlin-based innovative founders and entrepreneurs to overcome their entrepreneurial challenges, e.g. in terms of financing, sales or succession. The opportunity to receive financial support for professional coaching services has enabled small companies and start-ups in particular to benefit from expert knowledge that has significantly improved their market opportunities.

The Coaching BONUS program supported entrepreneurs by providing a subsidy for consulting/coaching by carefully selected and regularly evaluated consultants/coaches.

Despite the relatively small amount of funding, more than two thousand innovative companies have been supported by commercial expertise in 27 years of successful program implementation.

This has led to successful successions, secured financing and sustainable company growth with many thousands of newly created jobs in Berlin. The recommendation rate of 98% shows the satisfaction of the entrepreneurs with the coaching.
