Recognition And Hard Penalties For Sexual Harassment

My problem is that accused of sexual harassment are not reasonably prosecuted and sometimes get away with impunity, despite the fact that there is solid evidence,but this is not further investigated.
The really true injured party is no longer believed,
Instead, every real victim is put in the drawer of those who only thought it up to harm others.
The real victims are then also labeled as mentally unstable and they assume that it is not possible to differentiate between what is current and what is old,although there are findings from doctors who completely rule this out.
After psychological examinations, the injured parties have no opportunity to express themselves again about the accused's testimony,although there is solid evidence that the accused is lying.
Instead,the first constitution of the injured party is exploited,not all available findings are taken into account and the injured party is labeled as mentally not sane, although it should be considered that there could be a severe shock.
Something like that shouldn't happen!
The entire process should be better investigated and followed up and evidence properly and thoroughly reviewed.
There should be special training courses for officials who come into contact with sexually harassed victims,for a better assessment of the condition and for better trained eyes on trauma-based behavior of the injured party,e.g. suffered shock with accompanying apathy.
In addition, there should be opportunities for the injured party to be able to comment on the case again after the severe shock has recovered and that there should be several interviews to rule out any untruths.
There should also be more opportunities for the injured party that proceedings are not so easy to stop in favor of the accused if the act actually took place.
The stalemate must not be allowed to take effect, because most incidents usually happen without further witnesses.
