South Korea's National Soccer Team's New Uniform Leaked

Footy Headlines, a soccer equipment media and famous for its leak of uniforms, unveiled Korea's home kit to be released next year on the 17th. The media said, "The home kit that Korea will wear from next year has been leaked. It has been produced by Nike the same as it has been since 1995."

He added, "The new HomeKit has an impressive and modern feel. It combines traditional red with fresh mint. The two colors go well with black. Existing uniforms were created before the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. It was based on a dark red color and added black color. Tiger stripes on the shoulder were also a point.

The leaked uniform is unconventional. It has a lighter red saturation than before, but detailed patterns decorate the overall uniform. In addition, the mint color with various points such as "Nike," sleeves, and emblem stands out. After the actual product is released, an accurate evaluation will be made.

The South Korean national soccer team (23rd in FIFA rankings), led by head coach Jürgen Klinsmann, will challenge to become the champion for the first time in 64 years at the Asian Cup to be held in Qatar in January next year. It is expected more than ever as it is full of stars who will be on the European stage, including Son Heung-min (Tottenham), Kim Min-jae (Munich), Hwang Hee-chan (Wolverhampton), Lee Kang-in (PSG), Lee Jae-sung (Mainz), and Hwang In-beom (Zvezda).

First of all, the team will conduct its call-up drills near Seoul, focusing mainly on major players in Korea, from May 26. The training list will be announced on May 18. Just like the call-up during the second qualifying round of the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Canada, Mexico, and the U.S., the team plans to start the call-up in the suburbs of Seoul, not the Paju NFC.

The final roster will be announced in the last week of December. After that, the team will undergo off-season training in the United Arab Emirates on Jan. 2 and begin adapting to the local climate. An official warm-up match will take place on Jan. 6 thereafter, and no opponent has yet been decided. After completing domestic and UAE training, Klinsmann will enter Qatar on Jan. 10. Most overseas players will join from off-season training in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates.
