What are arguments in favour of the petition?

Gleicher Lohn für gleichwertige Arbeit

Ich finde die Forderung "Gleicher Lohn für gleichwertige Arbeit" im Schuldienst längst überfällig. Darum geht es. Ich kann nicht verstehen, warum GrundschullehrerInnen weniger verdienen als LehrerInnen in den anderen Schulformen. Schließlich werden in den Grundschulen die Grundlagen gelegt.
