§12 - FRISTEN: Sofern für die Erfüllung einer Bedingung innerhalb einer Ausschlussfrist ei- ne Liquiditätsreserve als Guthaben auf einem Bankkonto der DFL zu stellen ist, ist die Frist nur gewahrt, wenn vor Ablauf der Frist die Gutschrift auf dem Konto erfolgt ist.

Diese Petition spricht ausschließlich von den ZWEITEN 1,2 Millionen, die der KFC an den DFB überwiesen hatte. Diese Zahlung wurde per Eilüberweisung an den DFB getätigt und kam 20 Minuten zu spät bei der Commerzbank an. Die Petition erwähnt aber nicht die ERSTE Zahlung i.H.v. 1,2 Mio EUR, die bereits um 07:50 Uhr, also ca. 9 Stunden VOR Fristende bei der Commerzbank in Frankfurt eingegangen ist und nur aufgrund einer Absprache zwischen Commerzbank und DFB noch nicht auf dem Konto ersichtlich war. In diesem Fall hat der KFC keine Fristverletzung zu verantworten.
