Freiheitsentzug bei Behinderung Rettungskräfte?

Kein Strafmaß unter Freiheitsentzug? Bereits bei Behinderung? Behinderung der Rettungsdienste kann auch beim Nicht bilden der Rettungsgasse auftreten. Bis 2016 war das Ordnungsgeld für das Nichtbilden einer Rettungsgasse bei 20 Euro (zwanzig). Nach langem Ringen hatte man sich endlich zu höheren Ordnungsgeldern und FE-Entzug durchringen können. Und jetzt soll das auf Freiheitsentzug angehoben werden? So sehr ich ein Vorgehen gegen tätliche Angriffe auf Rettungskräfte begrüße, ist diese Petition aufgrund der überzogenen Höhe des geforderten Strafmaßes zum Scheitern verurteilt.

Schade, das vorgeschlagene Mindeststrafmaß (Freiheitsstrafe) ist nicht für alle denkbaren Tatbestände dieser Thematik abgewogen anwendbar. Nur mehr Flexibilität des Strafrahmens kann die Erfolgschancen dieser Petition erhöhen. Der Pendelt sollte ggf. hier nachbessern.
