VHS, Bildung, Bezahlung

Bezahlbahre Bildung ist wichtig! Leider hat die Pandemie-Politik gute Dozenten vertrieben, bzw. sie wurde nicht wieder eingesetzt. Das ist seeehr bedauerlich! Übrigens VHSs sind eine Stiftung und nicht staatlich und zahlen Ihre Dozenten leider nur so, als wäre es ein Hobby.

Ich bin selbst betroffen und unterschreibe diese Petition nicht. In den bei den Lehrkräfte-Vollversammlungen verabschiedeten Resolutionen wurde immer auf eine Wahlmöglichkeit zwischen Freiberuflichkeit (mit Tarifvertrag) und Festanstellung abgezielt. Diese Forderung fehlt hier und der Petitionstext spiegelt nicht die Bandbreite der Lebenssituationen und Intentionen der Dozentenschaft wider.
