Alle, die die Petition in Nordsachsen unterstützt haben, möchte ich hiermit noch einmal ausdrücklich bitten, sich auch für ganz Sachsen einzusetzen. Hintergrund ist, dass Bildungsentscheidungen im Zuständigkeitsbereich der jeweiligen Bundesländer liegen. Wenn Kinder keine Infektionstreiber sind, warum dürfen sie sich dann außerhalb der Schule nicht treffen und sollen selbst an der frischen Luft Maske tragen?

Ohne klare Test- und Quarantänestrategie und eine Prioisierung der Lehrer*innen macht ein Offenhalten wenig Sinn.

Das Schuljahr ist längst gelaufen. Warum will man auf Biegen und Brechen das Schuljahr mit all den Lücken noch zuEnde bringen? Was ist so schlimm daran, wenn man das Schuljahr notfalls wiederholt, um die Lücken zu schließen und Aufzuholen? Man könnte es auch als Chance sehen. Was bringt es für den Bildungsweg, wenn man all die bereits entstandenen Lücken durch die ganze Schulzeit trägt, um dann mit einem schlechteren Abschluss in Regelzeit fertig zu werden? Das hängt einem doch sein Leben lang hinterher. Dann doch besser später mit besseren Leistungen fertig werden.
