Der junge Mann verhält sich so, wie es immer gefordert/gewünscht wird, zumal er jetzt auch noch eine Ausbildung macht. Solche Menschen brauchen wir doch hier!

Leider fehlen relevante Informationen (illegale Einreise - wovon ich bei fehlendem Pass ausgehe - oder nicht und bisherige Aufenthaltsdauer). Trotz Integration, wäre ein Signal „kommt erst mal illegal und bei Integration könnt ihr dann schon bleiben“ das falsche Signal (pull Faktor). Rechtsstaat muss Rechtsstaat bleiben oder wird zum Willkürstaat. Er kann nach Ausreise einen regulären Einreiseantrag stellen. Vermutlich wurden über Jahre alle Rechtsmittel ausgeschöpft und ausreichend geprüft.
