Es ist löblich, dass der Petent selbst darauf hinweist, dass es keine Studie gibt. Also, erst Studie anleiern, Ergebnisse abwarten, dann Eingabe machen. Finanziert werden könnte so eine Sttudie durch Blutspendedienste und andere Profiteure
