Kandidaten unbekannt, Kandidaten parteiabhängig

Das Grundproblem der Direktmandate ist, dass niemand die Kandidaten dazu kennt! (Wann haben Sie das letzte Mal alle oder auch nur einen Kandidaten Ihres Wahlkreises über seine Wahlwerbung hinaus gekannt?). Deshalb hat man leider kaum einen besseren Anhaltspunkt, die Kandidatin einzuschätzen, als die Parteizugehörigkeit. Die Kandidatinnen, die sich zur Wahl stellen, gehören ja höchstwahrscheinlich trotzdem einer Partei an (wenn nicht von einer solchen unterstützt, lernt man sie in aller Regel erst auf dem Wahlschein kennen.
